Our Return Policy

All cannabis & cannabis-based products (flower, pre-rolls, oils, edibles, sprays, etc.) are final sale.

All non-cannabis based products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns in store must be accompanied with the original receipt and the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging or with labels intact.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please email us at info@cottontailcannabis.ca to inquire about the return of a product purchased online. Include your name and the order number in your email. Once we have verified your info, we will notify you to stop by the store at your earliest convenience. Upon receiving your returned product and verifying that the contents are unused and intact, you will be credited the purchase cost to your original payment method.
